Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Beezy’s mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Beezy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Beezy provides tools to track habits, check in on your progress, and organize routines in a calendar-style experience. Features may change, and we may add or remove functionality over time.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to use the Service. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or the Service’s infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law;
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

Your content

You retain rights to habits, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Intellectual property

Beezy’s name, logo, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights explicitly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Beezy is not a medical or professional advice service; always consult qualified professionals for health or legal decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beezy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
